Still not dented

Okay, I need to get the postin' ball rollin.'

I'm so sorry for neglecting you, my blog. XD

Well, yes, they were pictures posted in a moment of panic yesterday, I had just finished highlighting my hair, and I was very distressed. It looked like I had blotches and patches and all sorts of nonsense. I was scared outta my mind. It was a mess.

But I changed my mind.

Maybe I'm too lazy (That's a YES!), but I just don't feel like covering it up right now. I figure I use my normal shampoo/conditioner routine, and let it fade over time. THEN I will use the box I bought in a frantic frenzy yesterday. After all, you're supposed to wait 3 months between coloring, and I was about to do it TODAY!

Nothing really to report on...besides the hair. Like it? Just kidding. I might have a photo op tomorrow, so I can get new pics on all my sites.

Welp, cya.

Almost every time I color my hair I have a panic attack. I always want to save money and do the home-dye kits, and they don't always work. I had bleach marks the size of quarters all over my head last time. NOT pretty. I had to go to Bumble & Bumble to have it corrected (I know, poor me.)
Then I dyed it dark brown, and freaked out at first, but I was too lazy to correct it, and now I'm kinda used to it.
Hope yours turns out!!

Kick some serious ass, and don't forget to take names

Holy shiza. I can't believe we did that. I won't keep you in suspense...but today...(Dramatic pause)...I quit fastpitch softball. I'll start at the beginning. Yesterday we had our first official slowpitch game (aka for my father's team). I went, because honestly--how can you not go to your own father's game? Not to mention, the fastpitch game was a make-up that we didn't know about until last week. So we--my older sister Devyn, a friend of mine named Ashley--went to our slowpitch game. After all, my dad needed us and we would've had to forfeit if we didn't have enough girls to play. So we sort of ditched the fastpitch game. But it was NBD, seriously. Ashley NEVER plays in a fastpitch game. She sits the bench EVERY game, yet shows up for every practice, all the time. So naturally she's going to go to the game where she gets a chance to play, and not to mention she's good at it. My sister, on the other hand, is a senior. She's paid her dues. S...

Just another Monday

I took some pictures today, figuring I knew that I wouldn't feel up to posting something gigantic. And I'm not. We had another softball game this afternoon, and even though I played for about...3½ minutes, I'm still wiped from having to spend the entire game on my feet (and add that up to my day and school, and it's cause for exhaustion). My 3½ minutes in the spotlight was when my coach decided that we were losing bad enough (We lost 17-10 or something like that) that it wouldn't do any harm to put the Junior Varsity Princess (aka moi, if you're that thick) into the game. The batter's box, to be precise. I guess I wasn't good enough to defend the field. :( Whatever. So, I must've been a lot more nervous than I thought I was, because everyone kept telling me to relax. I didn't feel nervous, but when I struck out (I went down swingin', ya bastards!) and returned to the dugout, I realized that my hands were shaking. Well, here are the pictures.....

Go on and lose it

"Everybody makes mistakes/Everybody has those days..." -Hannah Montana Yeah Miss Montana? Well, I doubt you've had the day I've had. Enter: Wake up at 6:00 in the morning on a Saturday. Get in the shower, dress, and eat breakfast. Wonder why I'm up so early? I have a Youth and Government shindig. I get ready to go, and then wake my dad up at 7:30 and tell him we should go soon. I have to be there by 9 am, and it's about a half-hour away. That translates to an hour or so with me driving (still on my permit, so Dad has to come) and the fact that we don't exactly know where the Anita Tuvin Schlecter building is. I drove fine on the way there, no one died. =) We get there, and we were kind of lost--but that wasn't that big of deal. We were still early and we found the place all right. I also found my friend from Y&G who had told me what was going on today. We stood outside the ATS building...and it was locked. There wasn't a soul in sight. Me: ...
