Like a boy?

So yeah, my Phillies team made it all the way to the World Series--in fact, I'm watching it right now, wearing my Phillies shirt, grasping my Phillies towel, all with my Phillies hat on backwards. What can I say? I'm a HUGE fan.

So there isn't a lot to report on lately...

I sort of have a boyfriend...sort of. I've been "talking" (or whatever the hell you want to call it, I prefer "dating") this boy. I'm opposed to nickname making at this point, so we'll just call him T. He's very nice to me, if not somewhat nerdy. But I've established my nerdiness, so its not that bad. I dunno what else to say. I like him. It's not bad.

Buttttt...on the side...

Yeah, I'll admit, I've got another dude on the side. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ME A SLUT. At least I don't think it does. I mean, you'd have to look at it from my situation as well. But I've been hanging out with this other guy for a few months now, and we basically just call each other up when we're bored. We've never gotten past third base, so it's not THAT serious. We're teenagers. We're young. Might as well misbehave while we still can, right?

Right?

The only thing is, I haven't agreed to be T's girlfriend yet because of this. Is that wrong? I know he won't be okay with it, so I haven't told him about it. I told T that I do talk to other guys and sometimes chill with other guys, but I'm not serious about it.

Ugh, I don't know. I can't believe I'm letting this stuff distract me from SCHOOL...SO lame.

In the words of my infamous love..."You need to breathe relax and cheer up"

Yeah, that's a story for another day...

Kick some serious ass, and don't forget to take names

Holy shiza. I can't believe we did that. I won't keep you in suspense...but today...(Dramatic pause)...I quit fastpitch softball. I'll start at the beginning. Yesterday we had our first official slowpitch game (aka for my father's team). I went, because honestly--how can you not go to your own father's game? Not to mention, the fastpitch game was a make-up that we didn't know about until last week. So we--my older sister Devyn, a friend of mine named Ashley--went to our slowpitch game. After all, my dad needed us and we would've had to forfeit if we didn't have enough girls to play. So we sort of ditched the fastpitch game. But it was NBD, seriously. Ashley NEVER plays in a fastpitch game. She sits the bench EVERY game, yet shows up for every practice, all the time. So naturally she's going to go to the game where she gets a chance to play, and not to mention she's good at it. My sister, on the other hand, is a senior. She's paid her dues. S...

Just another Monday

I took some pictures today, figuring I knew that I wouldn't feel up to posting something gigantic. And I'm not. We had another softball game this afternoon, and even though I played for about...3½ minutes, I'm still wiped from having to spend the entire game on my feet (and add that up to my day and school, and it's cause for exhaustion). My 3½ minutes in the spotlight was when my coach decided that we were losing bad enough (We lost 17-10 or something like that) that it wouldn't do any harm to put the Junior Varsity Princess (aka moi, if you're that thick) into the game. The batter's box, to be precise. I guess I wasn't good enough to defend the field. :( Whatever. So, I must've been a lot more nervous than I thought I was, because everyone kept telling me to relax. I didn't feel nervous, but when I struck out (I went down swingin', ya bastards!) and returned to the dugout, I realized that my hands were shaking. Well, here are the pictures.....

Go on and lose it

"Everybody makes mistakes/Everybody has those days..." -Hannah Montana Yeah Miss Montana? Well, I doubt you've had the day I've had. Enter: Wake up at 6:00 in the morning on a Saturday. Get in the shower, dress, and eat breakfast. Wonder why I'm up so early? I have a Youth and Government shindig. I get ready to go, and then wake my dad up at 7:30 and tell him we should go soon. I have to be there by 9 am, and it's about a half-hour away. That translates to an hour or so with me driving (still on my permit, so Dad has to come) and the fact that we don't exactly know where the Anita Tuvin Schlecter building is. I drove fine on the way there, no one died. =) We get there, and we were kind of lost--but that wasn't that big of deal. We were still early and we found the place all right. I also found my friend from Y&G who had told me what was going on today. We stood outside the ATS building...and it was locked. There wasn't a soul in sight. Me: ...
