Cloudy with a 100% chance of sarcasm

I love shopping. New clothes are so much fun.
Today I went to Old Navy and bought some t-shirts. Those perfect Ts are irresistable, I swear. I bought them and a bag--I needed a summer purse.

It was so ugly today. The weather was gross. Perfect afternoon for watching "When A Stranger Calls." Probably the most retarded movie ever. My 12 year old sister, 12 year old cousin, and 10 year old sister and I were making fun of it so bad.
*Deep menacing voice* "HAVE YOU CHECKED ON THE CHILDREN?"
"Who are you? Why are you calling me?!?"
"NO, REALLY. HOW ARE THEY? LITTLE TIMMY HAD AN UPSET TUMMY."

Nothing much to update on. Saturday I had my double header and afterwards there was a huge fight between the opposing coaches (aka my dad and the other guy). It was funny...afterwards. We won 8-14 for the first game, and 7-27 for the second game.

Carlos and I are done, for sure. He accidentally sent me a text message meant for someone else at 10:17 Saturday morning...except I didn't get it until 2 am (effin' phone). I sent it back to him saying "Oh yeah, that's real smooth." Wait a minute, I should tell you what it said:
"I was supposed to do something with Alexa but she dumped me basically"
Aww, poor baby. *Gag* So effin' annoying.

So that's it. For today anyways.

PS- On the ice cream front: I REALLY wanted some today--but only out of boredom. Instead, I got myself a 100% pure fruit crap strawberry popsicle. But it's not the saaaaaaaaame!!

Ok, I had to see just how cheesy the movie was so I hit up my old buddy Netflix. I must be a total wussbag because there is no way I could survive watching that! I mean, it looks deliciously scary, but I have an over-active imagination and I might need therapy for years afterwards.

Toodles!

Sorry things are done with Carlos. Eh, whatever, right? You'll find someone way better!
And congrats on winning the games. In response to your "i hate to work out" comment on my blog, that is such BS because you play softball all the time! That totally counts as working out.
ps-I love shopping too.
pps-Did you see the remake of "When a stranger calls" or the original. Because the original is kind of good. Actually, the sequel to the original "When a Stranger Calls Back" is good. Scary!!

Kick some serious ass, and don't forget to take names

Holy shiza. I can't believe we did that. I won't keep you in suspense...but today...(Dramatic pause)...I quit fastpitch softball. I'll start at the beginning. Yesterday we had our first official slowpitch game (aka for my father's team). I went, because honestly--how can you not go to your own father's game? Not to mention, the fastpitch game was a make-up that we didn't know about until last week. So we--my older sister Devyn, a friend of mine named Ashley--went to our slowpitch game. After all, my dad needed us and we would've had to forfeit if we didn't have enough girls to play. So we sort of ditched the fastpitch game. But it was NBD, seriously. Ashley NEVER plays in a fastpitch game. She sits the bench EVERY game, yet shows up for every practice, all the time. So naturally she's going to go to the game where she gets a chance to play, and not to mention she's good at it. My sister, on the other hand, is a senior. She's paid her dues. S...

Just another Monday

I took some pictures today, figuring I knew that I wouldn't feel up to posting something gigantic. And I'm not. We had another softball game this afternoon, and even though I played for about...3½ minutes, I'm still wiped from having to spend the entire game on my feet (and add that up to my day and school, and it's cause for exhaustion). My 3½ minutes in the spotlight was when my coach decided that we were losing bad enough (We lost 17-10 or something like that) that it wouldn't do any harm to put the Junior Varsity Princess (aka moi, if you're that thick) into the game. The batter's box, to be precise. I guess I wasn't good enough to defend the field. :( Whatever. So, I must've been a lot more nervous than I thought I was, because everyone kept telling me to relax. I didn't feel nervous, but when I struck out (I went down swingin', ya bastards!) and returned to the dugout, I realized that my hands were shaking. Well, here are the pictures.....

Go on and lose it

"Everybody makes mistakes/Everybody has those days..." -Hannah Montana Yeah Miss Montana? Well, I doubt you've had the day I've had. Enter: Wake up at 6:00 in the morning on a Saturday. Get in the shower, dress, and eat breakfast. Wonder why I'm up so early? I have a Youth and Government shindig. I get ready to go, and then wake my dad up at 7:30 and tell him we should go soon. I have to be there by 9 am, and it's about a half-hour away. That translates to an hour or so with me driving (still on my permit, so Dad has to come) and the fact that we don't exactly know where the Anita Tuvin Schlecter building is. I drove fine on the way there, no one died. =) We get there, and we were kind of lost--but that wasn't that big of deal. We were still early and we found the place all right. I also found my friend from Y&G who had told me what was going on today. We stood outside the ATS building...and it was locked. There wasn't a soul in sight. Me: ...
